What's involved
Most homes and premises don't need a full rewire to work better. We add to and upgrade what's there: extra sockets where you actually need them, new circuits for a kitchen, home office or garden room, and outdoor power for the garden, gates or a workshop.
Lighting is a big part of this work: recessed downlights, LED strip and cove lighting, pendants, and outdoor and security lighting, all positioned and switched to suit how the room is used.
Where the fuse board is old or full, we upgrade it to a modern consumer unit with RCD protection, so new circuits have somewhere safe to go.

Can you add sockets without rewiring the whole house?
Usually, yes, as long as the existing circuits are in good condition. We check the installation first and tell you if anything needs attention before adding to it.
Do you install LED and feature lighting?
Yes. Downlights, LED strip and cove lighting, pendants, dimming, and outdoor and security lighting for homes and businesses.
When does a fuse board need upgrading?
If it has rewireable fuses, no RCD protection, no spare ways for new circuits, or shows signs of overheating, it's time to talk about replacing it.
